Surise at Grand Lake in the Monkey Island Area

Every week there is a “brokers’ open” where local Realtors preview open houses for sale. This helps them stay on top of the Grand Lake real estate market with addional first hand knowledge. There were a lot of them this week with about 10 homes on Monkey Island opened by Coldwell Banker Shangri-La Realty and  serveral more held open by RE/MAX Grand Lake in Grove, OK. On Monkey Island there were homes at Shangri-La Estates, Hi-Point, Vista Towers, St. Andrews, Shangri-La Chateaus and Brighton Bay. All of these homes are in gated communities and covered a price range from $175,000 to around $700,000. We didn’t hold our listings open this week but we have several, with one at Brighton Bay, one at Newport Village and two not in a gated community at Deer Valley and Port Duncan.

Waterfront or lake front homes continue to be in demand here at Grand Lake. Prices have continued to rise consistently over the years as more and more people discover this fantastic lake in Northeastern Oklahoma. to learn more go to OfficialGrandLake.com.
