New Real Estate listings at Grand Lake, OK
All of a sudden, we had a number of people call us to sell their lake homes. It’s not that there are more available lakefront homes for sale here. The total number is about the same. It’s not that the real estate market is bad at Grand Lake, OK. Quite the contary. It is and has remained very good. After all, these are lakefront homes at one of the great lakes in the country, Grand Lake located in northeast Oklahoma. There have been the typical referals from past clients because of our being real estate professionals with REMAX a long time. The new thing is calls from people who we didn’t know who have seen how we advertise everywhere in print, on the internet and on the radio, and the “Grand Results” we are getting.
